Celebrate 2025 at Chateau de Mons en Armagnac ! For New Year’s Eve, enjoy a fine dinner in a happy, friendly and casual atmosphere !
From 8.00 pm, enjoy a tasty dinner prepared by our Chef (drinks not included except those mentioned) :
- Castle-made cocktail with Amuse-bouches
- Medallion of duck foie gras with flower of salt and Sichuan pepper, Armagnac jelly ice cube, truffle financier and foie gras ganache
- Lobster fricassee and morels in brioche shell
- Trou Gascon
- Roasted veal palet, creamy truffle-scented sauce, potato Madeleine, glazed forgotten vegetables
- New Year’s chestnut ball, chestnut cream flavored with Armagnac
- Glass of Champagne as we pass through 2025
Live musicians will play during the dinner and the party will go on with our DJ until the early morning !
